    Levy and Quash
    Can someone please tell me and my husband how the Quash works and after court will the Levy be giving back if payment planes are set up?

    No, once they take the money, they are not going to give it back.
    And I doubt they will do a payment plan now, well they may after they got the rest of the garnishment.

    Before they got a garnishment is when you needed to work out a payment plan.
    They already most likely have a payment plan, 1/4 of your paycheck

    But the thing is there where no chances to do a payment plan. And there have been no garnishments
