Judgement on credit report from small claims court
I live in New York City, I went to small claims court with an ex-friend. He was suing me and my husband for money we owed him. We were found guilty. We paid him the money in less than 30 days. Does this judgement go on my credit report even though I paid immediately and I never gave my ss# to anyone?

It can, will it?? Depends if the court reports it or not. They can match your name and address, last place worked and so on to find your credit report.
