Didn't receive my last pay check upon termination
I was out from September 24th through November 26th having surgery. My boss told me that they would pay me my salary and not to go on disability. When I returned back to work on December 1st at my bosses request, I was terminated due to failing economy. When I asked for my last check, he stated " No and your not getting it, your medical leave is over" so do what you have to do. I worked for these two for 3 years and 3 months, am I entitled to that last check or no?

If you were terminated due to failing economy you should be able to collect unemployment. Just because they said they would pay you your salary, did you have this in writing?
