    Credit Card Debt
I was involved in a relationship with a man who had no available credit. He needed 5000 dollars worth of dental work done. I charged it to my Care Credit (dental credit) Card. We broke up and now he is not paying the 200 dollar a month payment. I have the proof that he got the work done, and proof that it was charged to my account with his signature. Can I get him to pay this through small claims?

You can sue him in small claims court and get a judgement against him. Whether you can use that judgement to get him to pay is another story. You will have to either garnish his wages or find his bank accounts and attach them.

Winning a judgement is often the easy part. Its collecting on the judgemnt that's hard.

You can sue him, and as stated above, you could win.

He could also claim that there never was any agreement that he pay back, what you paid to get his teeth fixed.

The most you have to loose, would be the filing and service of original notice fees, where I live, about $50.00.

Also, as correctly stated by ScottGem, winning the case is only the beginning.
