    Can I proscute
    I have a court judgement for 2400.00 in unpaid truck payments owed me.. my question is dearing the non payment passess from this person I signed over the title on this truck to help the person get a loan because I whanted out of the agrement. Dearing this time the person removed my name from the title on this truck... I still won the judgement but I need to ask can I proecute now for criminal charges on this person since the judgement came in lower then what was ouwed... mark

    Can you rephrase this so it makes more sense. What does "dearing" mean? Could you mean "during"?

    If you signed over the title, then how can you say this person removed your name?

    And what criminal charges do you think occurred? If you signed over the title, then there is no issue of theft. Nor can YOU prosecute a criminal charge, that's up to the local DA or prosecuting attorney. Even if you did get a prosecution for theft, that will not change the monetary award given in the judgment.
