Can I go after bank account for small claim
I recently won a small claim but the defendant has not paid. Is a small amount of about $350. Can I go after their bank account? Lien on the house? Other options?

Yes. You can do that and other things as well. Ask the clerk of court if they have materials explaining execution procedures.

Why not copy the New Jersey form, and put your case heading on it?
