What type of cleaning opportunity potentially could earn the highest profit margin?
I am 20 years old and looking at setting up a commercial cleaning business in the uk, I have no formal qualifications but am enthusiastic and focused.
I am looking at contract cleaning specifically because I see it as a safer way to secure work in the future potentially through council and business contracts. I am looking for an opportunity that is niche enough to be able to offer a unique specialised service but it needs to be a cleaning style that is highly demanded. I am considering surface cleaning for car parks etc, petrol station canopy cleaning etc and all other ideas suggested but if anyone from a cleaning background could enlighten me on high profit cleaning activities I would be very gratefull.
    Thanks Andy

Can a small business compete when tendering for council/ business contracts.
Will a council or business consider a small business against a large multi national or big firm etc, what do they look for in particular?
    Thanks
