I would like to know of any grants, funding companies. Or institutions, either private or non or for profit.. that offer infusions of startup capital for small businesses that have been created, or started by individuals who may have a criminal record. I understand that many individuals are uneasy,or simply refuse to lend their name, efforts, or resources to those they feel do not deserve such energies due to their past. I say their past is just that, their past. Those who have served their time, either guilty or not, have completed whatever requirements given to them by the state convicted in, and have given no hint of reciprocity, should be allowed the chance to showcase, create, or generate a public service or product, that will generate revenue. If there are any such individuals, companies or organizations available, I would like to know.

I agree, that once a person has done their time and paid their dues to society, that they should be given an equal chance like everyone else to become a productive and contributing person to the workforce again.

What kind of business are you thinking of, please?
