    Starting a web page
I have a great business idea that will eventually turn a profit and allow me to follow a passion along the way.
A few obstacles are in the way.
1-This will be a web based business -- I need help with starting a web page (low or no cost, in the beginning). Are there simple ways to look and act professional?
2- I need to learn about blogging and the benefits there of. (I know the term and general idea but I'm not up to speed with the technology) I want people to contribute information for the business to stay fresh and expand on -- Is blogging the way to do this? Or is there other means?
3- If all goes well I will turn this idea/business into a franchise. While I'm working on the rest of this I want to be learning how to set up a franchise model. Any suggestions?

    Thank you
