    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Second, first you need to find out if such a license is required. The local Chamber of Commerce or Consumer agency should help there. Third, fees for such things are set by law, so there is no such thing as a Cheap license. Everyone pays the same.
