    Hi, OOPS0404!

    You've indicated that you've just started your cleaning service. However, have you had experience in the past cleaning for others in order to make a profit for yourself, please?

    Also, I needed to remove your personal email address from your post. I would hate to see you get spammed because it was exposed here. Also, once a thread has been started, all information needs to stay on the thread so that others with similar questions can benefit by the information that's exchanged.

    The proven way is 'sweat.' You need to get out and knock on the prospect's doors and ask to speak with the person that makes the decision to hire the cleaning service for their building. If given a name and phone number... call them.
