    However... your question is way too vague... way too many things apply. Check some of the many past threads here to learn what information we need to answer. And even then there Is no guarantee and no way to intelligently tell you exactly what price to charge in your particular State. Contact some local people, competitors, property management companies, do some research. Unless someone on this site is from your city in your State and in your business any answer would definitely be a "best guess" at best...

    And the last time I checked (unless someone changed something) a square foot is
    Still 12 " x 12". (sorry):)
