    Tell me please, why you think you would get a positive reply from the above note.

    If you are seeking to create a business relationship with a parent corporation, you had better learn to structure a business letter. And the content of that letter had better be well written in grammatically correct English.

    Consider introducing yourself to a Webster's Dictionary and studying the form the letter should take.
