    Hi, Bernard40!

I just titled and moved your post that you had posted as a response to someone else's question so that your question will get noticed more and answered appropriately. This place doesn't operate the same way that a chat room does. So, if you want a question to get noticed that's a completely new question, it's best to be placing it as a new question by starting a new thread.

    Thanks!

I would suggest that you actually do some research before charging people. Do some paper research... make some estimates as to how much it will cost you (travel, equipment, ancillary costs) and then make an estimate as to how much business you'll get... and then decide accordingly.

Also, it's best to call around similar businesses and find out how much they charge.

Here in Atlanta, the professional pressure washers ( using hot water equipment which cleans oils and greases better) get about 10 cent a sq foot for average jobs. Also most of the professionals here will be using a flat surface cleaner on the pressure washer, so there is no streaking.
