Is it easy, no not really. Not for someone without business experience and then it still isn't as easy as most think Aniasllani.
Knowing how to clean is great but the business end is just as important as the proper cleaning.
Ok, the first thing is to make sure that you get incorporated and get liability insurance. Do a business plan (do you have one?). Attend as many business seminars as possible for new business start ups. There are also many sites on the web that can help you such as thejanitorialstore.com.
Finding buildings to clean is important but so is keeping them with excellent work, pricing, a great business attitude, personality and knowledge.
Knock on doors, talk to everyone you know and those that they know, tell them what you are doing, never stop doing this. Advertise, go to local meetings such as the Chamber of Commerce, local networking meetings, etc. Meet people and talk to them, find a mentor that has a cleaning company.
Ask any other questions you would like to and I would be happy to help where I can.
