    Help With Pricing
I am thinking about starting a cleaning business. Cleaning empty apartments and real estate houses. I'm not sure how to price these jobs and wondered if anyone could offer any information?

    Many thanks,

Here are a couple of angles to consider:

Pose as the typical client of such businesses and call who would be your competition and ask what their rates are. Its sneaky but you'll know. If you need a more honest approach, befriend someone who uses this type of service and ask them what they pay for it. Or call competition that is so far away they won't see you as a threat and ask them all sorts of things, that is, IF you get them talking. That is what I have done and I was only shot down a few times before someone talked to me. I learned so much! You may find that most people are pleased to talk about their businesses.

I hope that helps and good luck!
