Good evening Mopped, infamous or famous? :)

    Ok, questions...

All VCT? (Is there any carpet?)

    How many washroooms?

What is the "cleanable square footage?"

Only once per month regular cleaning? I ask because who is taking care of the washrooms during the month?

Retail is notorious for lowball pricing. I would price the stripping and refinishing separately "as needed."

Get back to me and we can discuss pricing.

2 washrooms and a small office in each..
And once per month I believe their manager does light cleaning
Strippin' and refinishing is as needed and the price for that would be seperate(if you could give an example on how much I should charge for this would also help)
All tile no carpet... its a leather retail store so I'm not sure how much of the space would be taken by racks and such.. not too crowded though most of the store will be cleaned.. things will be moved to clean floors also..
