    Hi, mykelb16!

    I know just the right person on this site who can help you with this, and that would be Stringer. He's owned a very large cleaning company for many years. I'll let him know about your post.

    If you need help with ideas about marketing on the Internet without it costing you anything, please let me know.

    Thanks!

    Thanks Clough.

    Hi mykelb16, how are you this evening?

    I have some questions for you;

    Is this building completely empty? No fixtures, shelving, counters, furniture etc... just an empty building? Or is it full of all these things and more?

    Is this a "final clean?" Are you to get the building ready to open? Or is this the first cleaning after the completed construction, OR, is this the once and final cleaning?

    What type of floors are in the building? Any carpet, VCT, ceramic, etc? Are windows included?

    Please tell me what kind of business this building is; medical, offices, retail, warehouse, etc, this will help in deciding what has to be done and it references the pricing.

    How long before you have to present your proposal?

    Please let me know, and I will respond with more direct answers.

    Thanks,

    Stringer
