    I'm wondering the same thing. I wasn't sure if Vit C is applied directly to the skin or swallowed in Pill form. I was thinking about trying it for a while now.

    Oh I'm ganan take it as a pill... I was also wondering.. has anyone tried Shiseido whitening cream? Its very expensive. Lol but my mom is ganna buy it for me. It sells at macys. Has anyone tried it?

    Vitamin C with rosehips is good for oral consumption and better than vitamin C alone.
