    How many capsules should I take?
    Elo... I am 5'3 and 105 lbs... how many capsules of met should I take in a day? When is the best time to take it?

    It depends on how many kilos you are. If you are 50kls you should multiply it by 20, so u need 1000mg per day and I would suggest you should buy your gluta directly from US since there are lots of fake glutathione now in the market.
