    Highest PERCENT of Hydroquinone
    Hello,

I have always had uneven skin. I have tried A lot of skin lightening creams to even out my complexion but I have not had any luck. I have dark skin uneven skin.

I am considering Hydroquinone at the highest strength, possibly at 25-40%.

Is there anywhere online where I can purchase this?

I've tried 2-4% and I literally have to use packs and packs to see any visible results (if any) and some places don't even get touched!

I want to even out my skin -the WHOLE body.

Given that 4% is the highest level available without a prescription in the US, I consider it quite dangerous to even think about reaching anywhere above 10-30%. You're looking for something relatively fast and visible, but have you ever thought that such high concentrations (of which I've never seen genuine) could damage your skin tone rather than lighten it, especially when you're trying to even your tone out?

You should also realize that there's a specific science behind how skin lightening works, and in this case, Hydroquinone works by breaking down your melanin. There's a limit to how much Hydroquinone your skin can absorb and effectively apply towards the break down process. Anything more can provide toxic results or even result in reverse skin darkening, which has occurred in the past with Hydroquinone users of any concentrate.

HQ 25-40% is obviously too much why don't you try a lactic or glycolic acid peel to even out your skin.
Lactic acid is really great for dark skin. Also before trying to lighten your skin it is very important to do some peels to removes all the dirt and the dead cells.
This way you will get a smooth and healthy complexion!
I'm using lactic acid 35% it works so well and gives glow to the skin.
But my skin is caramel and not too uneven naturally so maybe you should try something like 50- 70% in order to see fast results!

I do it at home weekly. I bought some alcohol to clean the skin before the peel and then I just put the peel on a cotton pad and rube it on my face.
I started with lactic acid 35%. It doesn't burn just makes the skin red and then after a half hour it starts to glow!:D
But lactic acid is so gentle;)
Also if you want something drastic try a higher percent or Glycolic cause it is stronger.
But lactic acid lightens a little:)
    I la-la-la-love it!

Thank you, I am just looking for the best way to peel, I am using RA anyway and it is peeling, people who use mono used either Ra or acid peel, Iam just trying to find the best one. Maybe apply one in one part of the body and the other in another and compare.

PLEASE do not use chat speak.

The word is "you", not "u".

Any further chat speak will be deleted.

Yes I agree that others could be allergic or something but I think it's the case with most of the products we have in our cabinet.
But I'm not saying "do what i do" just sharing my regimen as people ask me about it.
And yes make-up is great but it is better when you use it as an option to make you look stunning when you already have a beautiful skin (I think);)

Because site rules say that you should use full and complete sentences, with the best grammar and spelling you can.

It is not that difficult to type YOU instead of U. It's two letters.

    That's why.

Yes, I know it's not difficult to type YOU instead of U, it's the entire premise behind it is what I find confusing. So, your saying you have a rules that states any question or response using chat lingo will be deleted because it's not spelled out the way you think is should be? I posed your itial post on my Facebook page and asked what others thought of this. Here is the response I've gotten so far:

"They are a bit anal retentive."
    "wft?"
    "What forum is this?"

By requiring this, you are in essence dictating what letters they choose to use when posting a reply or question. It's one thing to prefer correct spelling and grammar, it's quite another to delete someone's post because of it. Another thing I find confusing about this rule is that you are asking people to use the best spelling and grammar they can when posting. Where is the line drawn for someone's post who isn't fluent in the English language but yet still capable of forming a question\response not using proper syntax? How do you know if this is their best or not.

To be quite frank, I sincerely doubt there is another forum with this type of rule, but I could be wrong. I understand that this is your forum and you can run it the way you please. However, isn't the main purpose for a forum to be a place where people can exchange questions and answers for the purpose of helping others? Why would using abbreviations vs. full spelling matter in this instance? In a world of text messages and tweets, why would you choose to isolate your users or potential users? I think you're doing your users a major disservice by missing the forest for the trees. At the end of the day, who cares (except you) if your words are abbreviated or fully spelled out? Just my opinion...
