Stay away from mono, as for HQ u can't use it long term at such a high dose, by 100% am guessing you just mix the powder with water and put it on your skin directly, hot water of course, the lady I get my hq powder from told me that but am like uhm, probably not, I don't know what I would end up looking like.

Seller, you just added the product "HQ 100%" on Your website M#$%#@#$#.Net

Both seem to be a recipe for disaster... use with caution whatever you decide..

Thanks for your answer! I will try HQ then, but I can't find a company who sells the HQ just monobenzone and a lot of them are scams.

From reading other posts it seems to me that both are harmful. On wikipedia I read that it can be harmful to use over 2% hq but other people have gone over that. But 100% of either chemical will definitely harm your skin. I would use some kind of skin lightening lotion or soap instead.

Lighterr Thanks for your answer! Where can I get both without prescription? I was using Benoquin 40% but is too expensive and now is very difficult to get the 40% mix.

HQ meaning hydroquinone? Isn't it bad for you, where the skin gradually gets thick and dark?

This is true when abused and used at high concentrations for long periods. I have read people using Hq 4% along with treinoin (retin-a) and received nice natural looking lightening. It should never be used long term, I would say no more than 4-6 months, then switch to something else to avoid getting bad results. I have never used this, this is from observation.
