    Red marks rat sides of my nose.
    So at the sides of my nose, at the bottom, I have red marks that go down to the sides of my mouth... I'm really depressed by it, I can't recall having them before... but I don't know, sometimes they get itchy.

    I'm not sure if it's the cream I use after I have had a shower (I'm 19, male), but yes I get dry skin and use that, and sometimes my skin stings a little when I have put it on.

    Advice?

    You may be allergic to it try not using it for a few days and see if it clears up.
    Then maybe try some other cream with different ingredients.
