    Random pimples from?
    For the majority of the month, my skin will look clear and nice however when it breaks out its always all over my forehead with little small pimples and one big giant one under the skin that isn't ready to be popped... its so annoying because the rest of my face is clear. WHat do I do? WHat is causing this? Are there any at home remedies?

    What types of things do you eat?
    Do you eat a lot of greasy foods, junk foods,.

    Some vitamins good for acne are A, C, E and zinc and essential fatty acid such as omega or flaxseed oil.

    I actually eat fairly healthy. My dad is a chef and so he makes food with lots of protein, iron, good carbs. I do not drink soda at all. When I drink juice it tends to be orange, or that hawaiian punch. Im not too picky with juice. I like fruits a lot. I also washed my pillows.

    The majority of the month? Is the time of the month that it's not clear around the time of your period by any chance? It could be hormonal. In addition to nohelp's advice, you might want to try a spot treatment. Something with benzoyle peroxide (sp?) or salicylic acid (sp?) should help.
