How to get rid of cutting scars quickly!
I've cut myself and there is a line of cuts on my left arm. I'm in a new school and I don't want a bad reputation. I try to put makeup on and that works for a little while and then it rubs off... I'm ashamed of what I've done because it isn't good for my reputation or my arm. Please tell me how I can get rid of these scars! I'm tired of hiding them. That makes is obvious but I have to or they will be seen. I've already put vitamin e on it. I did that while my cuts were healing. Some days my cuts are more visible(inflamed/darker) and some days they are faded. Please tell me what to do and how to do it quick! I just want to be a normal teen again and not have freakish scars on my arm.

Unfortunately they have to heal and different people heal at different rates. At some point plastic surgery reduction of the scarring is a possibility.

Some scars will never heal, Instead consider ( if you are healed mentally from this) giving better advice to others that have the same issues

OK thanks. Well I don't understand why they fade then they get and inflamed. Back and forth. It's irritating:/

It's just how you heal - some people heal quickly with no marks or scars. Others take time. Others have permanent scars.

I have had scars on my arm for 20 plus years, most likely will have them to the day I die. But they are what they are.
