I didn't really know which topic to put this question in, but I guess this will do.

I work at a restaurant and there is a guy there who I flirt with and he flirts back. I always grab him and tickle him and he always tries to spill my drinks, etc. However, we are NOT trying to date or anything like that. We are just fooling around trying to make work more fun. But, he was training a new server last night and the server observed our behavior and actually pushed me when he walked passed me. I don't know if he is just doing it because me and the other guy do it, but if he was trying to flirt it definitely was not a nice way to flirt.

I haven't touched him back or anything. We just talk about stuff. But I don't know. I don't really even know what my question is. I'm just wondering what you all think about it. I mean I can't figure out why he did that. I even ASKED him and he just shrugged and walked away.

I would ask the friend what was up with the new server and tell your friend to tell his trainee that behavior was not cool with you.

Ditto; maybe the guy just has no clue how to flirt, or doesn't know that he has to earn your trust before he can do those kinds of things. He may be this way with everyone.

Socialization is a hard thing to master, especially concerning women. Girls should be required to tell all guys, up front, how she likes to be flirted with. It'd make things much easier for everyone.
