    Credit card payments
    Someone told me as long as you are trying and can only pay 10 or 15 dollars a month ,a credit card compnay can not sue you or garnish your wages, is this right ?

    I would say not true. If you are not paying the full amount, you owe them money. They can sue you... but if you contact them, and be honest... tell them where you are and why you can't pay the full amount, they may work with you and NOT sue you. Or garnish wages.

    Sorry no it is not true, some may not, but if your payment is suppose to be 200 dollars, the interest is not even 20 dollars.
    So if you are making a fair payment, most will keep accepting the payments and keep collecting that very high interest rate they are allowed.
    But anytime you are in default, they can sue you in court for a judgement.
