Hi,
In my bathroom, I have a toggle switch that controls a ventilation fan (not the light on the vent) and a light over the shower. I wanted to replace this switch with a timer switch.

When I look at the wiring, I see all of the white wire bundled together. 2 black wires are attached to the toggle switch and all of the bare copper wires (I am assuming the ground) are bundled and a single one is attached to the toggle switch.

On my timer, I have Line 1, Load 1, Line 2 and Load 2. According to the diagram, it has a white wire going to Load 1 and a black wire going to Line 1.

Based on my current wiring configuration, how can I install the timer?

With info provided. It sounds like 2 independent switches, One dial? 2?
If switch works like I think. Leave whites alone, leave grounds alone,
Connect hot to line 1, AND line 2. connect load 1 to ventilation fan(not the light on the vent),Connect Load 2 to light over the shower.

Than, above should be correct. Sounds like 240 volt timer, Double Pole/ Single Throw
They will not be able to be switched seperatly. You can wire like above or use only
Line 1 and load 1.
Maybe you can stack one with the light on the vent, and 1 on timer?
