Blanking out on what to get!
I 15. I've got a young teacher whom I love like an aunt because she is very supportive and empathetic and has helped me the most through my depression. What's a good end-of-year, meaningful, smallish, sweet gift to give her??

Make sure the principal knows how much this teacher has helped you. Write a thank you letter and send a copy to the principal, and maybe even the school board.

Depression is something I struggle with daily. Anyone who really helps you is valuable beyond words.

The above answer is great! Writing a letter would be something from your heart and would have great meaning for your teacher. As GardenGirl stated above, it would be helpful to let other important people know how you feel about this teacher. Letting them know would help her in her job.

You might want to include a small vase of real flowers or plant with your letter. Plants can last a really long time and be a good remembrance of you for your teacher.
