    Freezing Ref
    I have a refrigerator that occasionally will freeze product on Ref side. I happens about once each month. What could the problem be and what can I chaeck or do? Thanks

    What kind of ref. is it?give me model # I am a service tech.I'll let you know exactly what the prob is

    Place a good accurate thermometer in the refrigerator side and monitor the temperature for a couple of days. You may just need to increase the set point a degree or two. Some refrigerators blow freezing air from the freezer side over into the refrigerator side to cool it down. If you place items directly in the air stream coming from the freezer, it may freeze them.
