Have a read that actually explains it very well, it doesn't do an awfull lot just make you exceptionally uncomfortable from the itching and discharge and can be caused by just wearing tight clothes or using a highly perfumed soap most women get it at some point in there life if you do have thrush I would advise having it seen to its really not to pleasant and it is exceptionally easy to treat.
