    Hi Pmh,
    Here is some info on sea cucumbers:

    Believe it or not, they are actually considered a culinary delicacy in China. I know a restaurant local to me that serves them, but I haven't mustered the nerve to try it yet. Apparently the odor is a bit appalling, never mind the brown gelatinous "sauce"... :)

    A sea cucumber is actually a marine animal it looks like a cucumber I recommend that if you would like to learn about them just go to google.com and search you can find a lot of awesome pictures
