ALL STATA class action
Recently I got 2 letters from 2 diffenrent companies (lawers) .they ask if I want to joint a class action lawsuit against ALLSTATE insurance company about its insurance rate... the first letter got my last name wrong, ask for social security number ( I assume this comp. is a scam), and said YOU will get a free credit report in settlement( credit reports are free).. The second letter only ash for signature and tell about how much I get in settlement... if I sign the letter with the second company will my insurance rate incease...
