How does a terrorist get a Real ID ?
Akhror Bozorov,an illegal immigrant ,wanted in his native Uzbekistan for ties to a terrorist organization, was arrested in Kansas November 9 by ICE (Thank God). At the time of his arrest he was operating a big rig truck with a Pennsylvania issued CDL license that was also REAL ID.
The Biden administration approved his work authorization AFTER he came to the country illegally in 2023; was arrested by the US Border Patrol ;and then released into the country . He then went to Pennsylvania and obtained his REAL ID and Commercial Drivers License (CDL) which would give him the authority to drive a semi full of chemicals ;and school busses among other commercial vehicles . REAL ID came from an act of Congress in 2005 after the 9-11 Commission recommended them. Real ID Act - Wikipedia It gives national standards for the issuing of licenses. A REAL ID license can be identified by a star on it which means to person it is issued to has shown documentation that proves that person is eligible. How hard is it for a non-American citizen to get one ? The requirements are stringent ....even in a sanctuary state. Real ID is required to fly on a domestic commercial flight ; enter a Federal Building ;or a military installation as of May 7 of this year . Even though they differ from state to state ;First and foremost the applicant must have evidence of lawful residence. Pennsylvania according to this map does NOT issue them to illegals . States Offering Driver’s Licenses to Immigrants This is just one of many instances where illegals were found with CDL licenses . Some of them have resulted in fatal results.

Meanwhile in California 17,000 CDL licenses are to be revoked because they extend beyond the time that the drivers will legally be in the US .
Last month DOT boss Sean Duffy revoked $40 million in Federal funds from California because they were not enforcing the English language requirements for truckers .
