As has been demonstrated here many times ; this would essentially end Title IX .Title IX became law in 1972.After decades of progress for female athletes;he wants to get around the purpose of the rule by revising Title IX to include transformers.

But the truth is that males competing in woman's sports ends special protective status for women. It deprives women of opportunity safety and privacy.

Men have to mutilate their body to even come close to leveling the playing field .

But that is just Title IX. The new proposed law would go much further It does not define what sex is and thus eliminates special protection based on gender .

The logic of the Equality Act treats sex (male or female) as no more significant than a bureaucratically "assigned" label, slapped on in the delivery room and peeled off at will. In its place, the act enshrines the cult concept of "gender identity"—the individual's self-defined identity, based on feelings, "regardless" of sex. The resulting legal regime would mean that an individual's self-perception would override the fact of his or her sex in determining access to just about everything. Everyone else would have no choice but to validate the individual's self-narrative and play along with the resulting performance of sex stereotypes, or incur significant legal penalties for "discrimination on the basis of sex."

The new Title IX says sex =gender identity . Men can now take athletic and academic opportunities from women by simply claiming they are women.

I am tempted to say, "Serves them right." Women largely voted for Biden and many did so because they want to be able to have their unborn children killed. But it is still a despicable move by Biden and one which Trump should be able to use to good advantage if he can manage to think rationally for a few days.
