In another recent example he is going to give the children of the elites in school free lunches.

This began as a temporary covid program. But as is often the case ;once a program is established it becomes virtually impossible to end ;and is often expanded.

At schools where 25% of families participate in income-based public benefits, such as the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program, the federal government now will cover the cost of free meals for all enrolled students. Previously, the qualifying threshold was 40%.

In other words 75% of the student body who were previously ineligible because they were not poor ;will now get free lunches .

For the deep state the general rule of thumb is 'the more people dependent on the government ,the better ' .

Most Repubs will cave as they always do. Who wants to run for office while being accused of starving school age children? Get those serfs on the dole as soon as possible .
