The Peter Principle is a business theory that states someone will climb the ladder of success until they reach their level of incompetency .

In the world of the bureaucratic system of the leviathan state things are a little different . In the swamp ,the thing to do is to fail upward .

That was Victoria Nuland's model for years .

Except for a brief few years when she decided it was better to resign before being canned . She has been one of the lead swamp critters in directing US foreign policy from one disaster to another .

As Glenn Greenwald describes in his Rumble podcast about Nuland ;she was VP Cheney's principle foreign policy advisor for the GWOT wars and the Iraq . She was part of the effort to expand NATO to Russia's door step despite Putin's repeated warning that they were approaching a red line.

Under the emperor she actively sought the over throw of the democratically elected President of Ukraine . That prompted Russia to annex Crimea As a US "diplomat ;she went to the streets to encourage a coup.

Before that she engineered a NATO assurance to Ukraine and Georgia in Bucharest that they would be granted NATO membership . That led to the 2008 Russian was with Georgia.


She has worked to undermine any peace talk effort in the Ukraine war. As a direct result of her efforts Iraq ;Afghanistan ; our GWOT ; our ties with Europe all failed .Russia instead of looking westward is forging alliances with China and other bad actors . Her career can only be measured a success if seen through the lens of the swamp definition of success...... fail your way up the ladder .

Nuland had an address at the Center for Strategic and International studies (CSIS) on February 22 of this year . During her comments she said that aid to Ukraine would allow them to "accelerate the asymmetric warfare that has been most effective" and that Putin is "sure to face some nasty surprises."

One month later ; a terror attack on the Moscow concert Hall at Crocus City Hall killed at least 137 attendees to the hall.

ISIS K has claimed responsibility . But Putin is saying the terrorists were fleeing towards Ukraine.
