    What goes around...
The liberal mayor of Denver is loudly proclaiming his new plan to rid the city of homeless vagrants. The number of these people has more than tripled in the past five years alone, causing all sorts of problems in the downtown areas. And what drives much of it? "He acknowledged drug use, particularly from the fentanyl epidemic gripping the country." This is the town that voted 80% for our current president, the one who has left the southern border wide open so as to allow fentanyl to flow across like the waters of the Rio Grande. I wonder if they have the mental capacity to put two plus two together and arrive at the conclusion that voting for a man who is completely sold out to left-wing politics has contributed greatly to their current crisis?

Guess he has a a choice to make........shelter the city's existing homeless ;or house the influx of illegal aliens . The choice is making Denver not so much the sanctuary city that it once thought it was.

Beginning May 8, the City and County of Denver will follow federal guidance to provide emergency shelter only to newly arriving migrants who have been encountered by U.S. immigration officials

I'm always amused when I hear these liberals who, by spending the money of other people, want to appear to be so magnanimous and large-hearted, end up being caught in their own lies. It turns out that using taxpayer monies to house the illegals and homeless just attracts large numbers of these people to the free benefits. Now if the mayor wants to get our attention, he could start donating half of his salary to a homeless fund. He won't, of course, because that would require him to put his money where his mouth is.
