He presented himself as a US official who was interested in preserving holocaust cemeteries and getting private funding ;as Hunter went there to close business deals He sent an article to Hunter that showed the commissions ability “to use its influence to leverage cooperation from foreign governments.”

Armed with appointment and Hunter being the VP's son ;Schwerin went to Europe to make a deal. It also gave him official cover to have meetings with Quid Pro Joe. He was not just Hunter's partner . He was a US official who had an "Official Passport"

The “relationship” with Norvik Bank, was none other than Hunter’s other business partner, Devon Archer who was a shareholder of Norvik. Emails with Hunter show he wanted a board seat for himself also.

The question is ;if 'the big guy' was getting a 10% cut ;what was the emperor's cut ?
