    Deep State intimidation
Matt Taibbi has been instrumental in the release of the Twitter Files . March 9m he testified to Congress about the weaponization of the government .....what he and co-Twitter file compilercalls the 'Censorship Industrial Complex '

Matt Taibbi on Twitter: "1. TWITTER FILES: Statement to Congress THE CENSORSHIP-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX https://t.co/JLryjnINXS" / Twitter

On the same day the IRS paid a visit to his home .
    Coincidence ? I think not .

He obviously wasn't home so they left him a note to call the IRS 4 days later .

    He made the call.

The purpose of the visit was to inform him that his 2018 and 2021 taxes were being rejected . Why ? They claim it was because of identity theft issues .... Huhh ? That required a personal visit by IRS agents ? Under normal circumstances the IRS has a long line of communication with someone before they decide to pay them a visit . Doubly strange was that it was the IRS that owed him a refund.

If they were dealing with filings from 2018 and 2021 that meant they had reopened the files . Why ?

This was clearly an intimidation tactic. No wonder the IRS needs $80 billion and 87,000 new agents . You thought the Louis Lermer days of the IRS were bad ? You aint seen nothing yet .

During an address that was shocking in it's hypocrisy ,Clueless Joe said ..."my administration is leading in the digital space for strengthening tools for Internet freedom; to better protecting activists and journalists from cyber threats, harassment, abuse;"

Remarks by President Biden at the Summit for Democracy Virtual Plenary on Democracy Delivering on Global Challenges | The White House

Armed with that statement journalists asked officials of the administration were asked to explain this obvious intimidation tactic by the IRS against Matt Taibbi . They refused to answer.

White House spokesman John Kirby, coordinator for strategic communications at the National Security Council, declined to provide a substantive reply.
“I’m afraid I’m going to have to refer you to the IRS,” he said succinctly.

“Federal law prohibits the IRS from commenting on individual taxpayer matters,” spokesman Robert Marvin told The Post.
Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, whose department includes the IRS, also was pressed for answers Wednesday by House lawmakers.“What are the chances of that being just luck?” Rep. Chris Stewart (R-Utah) asked Yellen of the timing of the visit.
“That the IRS appeared at someone’s home while he’s testifying about the weaponization of the federal government before Congress? Because I think it’s minuscule. I think it’s one in a million or less,” Stewart said.
“It’s certainly something that I would want to look into,” Yellen replied.

The source of funding for the Censorship Industrial Complex has been revealed.

Ebay founder , financial backer of the Intercept and ProPublica left wing Biden supporter ,French born ,Iranian American billionaire, Pierre Omidyar was the source of funding for a "portal" at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) , that flagged and took steps to remove what they considered "misinformation" from social media sites .
This was a private /public effort . DHS partnered with non-profit 'The Center for Internet Security (CIS) .and election officials . This was funded through 'Democracy Fund'

    Pierre Omidyar - Democracy Fund

CSI developed a 'Misinformation Reporting Portal(MiRP) to aid election officials and social media to censor ,counter and remove conservative /Repub ideas .

Journalist Lee Fang revealed this on his substack page .

Billionaire Biden Donor Bankrolled 2020 Election Social Media Censorship Effort (leefang.com)

MiRP handled 209 cases during the 2020 election and 61% of them “resulted in positive action,” meaning the posts were taken down or labeled. Fakebook and Twitter accounted for 80% of the reported cases. CSI would swifty act after an alleged misinformation was reported ;getting it purged within an hour.
In addition to reporting to social media ;the would inform the FBI .

When Elon Musk purchased Twitter ;another of his advocacy sites ; The Omidyar Network went to work ,pressuring advertisers to stop buying ads on Twitter . He donated $509 ,500 to 'Accountable Tech ' for that effort .

But that's not all . He also gave $45 million to 'Civic Action Fund' which supported Clueless Joe's campaign...... and another $1million to 'Republican Voters against Trump' .

    here's one

Andrew McCabe lied to Federal Investigators 3 times .

Andrew McCabe apologizes for lying to FBI about WSJ leak (nypost.com)

James Clapper and John Brennan both lied under oath to Congress.

Will DC connections get Clapper out of a perjury indictment? (usatoday.com)

CIA director John Brennan lied to you and to the Senate. Fire him | Trevor Timm | The Guardian

On 245 occasions James Comey lied to House investigators saying he didn't know, didn't recall, or couldn't remember things when asked.

Until recently Walt Nauta was unknown . He serves Donald Trump most recently being a valet at MAL.

He started out as a Navy cook having signed up after 9-11. He completed boot camp in 2 weeks in record time.He received numerous awards and commendations, including five Navy and Marine Corps Achievement medals and seven good conduct medals..

Then he moved on to become a White House aid in the kitchen during the emperor's reign. He stayed on at the White House and Trump made him the President's valet . He served Trump meals and made sure he got his Diet Cokes.

He remained active in the Navy until Trump's last day in office. He helped Trump pack up after his term

Then he was hired by Trump to work at MAL. He helped move boxes into MAL. One of the boxes had fallen and he saw that the content was confidential . He took a picture of it and texted it to a fellow MAL employee.

He was interviewed by the FBI . He denied knowing Trump had classified docs.

He has been indicted as a co-defendant with Trump for moving boxes Trump told him to move ;and for lying one time to the FBI.

DOJ better make sure they have an airtight case. If they try to put Trump in prison with no more than they have about the 1/6 situation, there will potentially be unrest in the streets.

When Clueless Joe was packing classified docs to hide away at various locations(including some stashed away in Chinatown) he used the services of Kathy S. Chung to empty file cabinets into boxes.

She was interviewed by the House Oversight Committee in March about it . Dems feared that she would become a scapegoat.

But is her situation the same as Nauta's ?

    No

    Flashback to the Bubba reign.

She was part of a group that was sanctioned for DESTROYING key documents . It was in Bubba's Commerce Department where Chung and Hunter Biden met. The Chinagate fund raiser for Bubba was Jian-Nan “John” Huang, who was a top Commerce official.(assistant secretary ofIntenational economic affairs ) .He was responsible for Asian trade matters. He had top secret security clearance It was later revealed, he was meeting regularly with Chinese diplomats and other officials tied to Beijing.
There were many FOIA requests and it was Chung's job to produce them. Judical Watch ended up suing the Department . (Judicial Watch Inc. v. U.S. Department of Commerce, et al.) U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth ruled Commerce’s search “grossly inadequate” and “unlawful,” Chung and her superiors were ordered to conduct another search. Still, Chung came up short in producing Huang-related documents .
She was not directly named but Judicial Watch complained that she was doing cover up work .. He was suspected of trading secrets to China. He left Commerce to join Bubba's reelection where he was caught raising donations from foreign sources. (back then the country wasn't nearly as concerned with a hostile nations interference in our elections ).

Hunter recognized a like minded person and recommended that Quid hire her as a personal assistant when Quid was Veep.

As you know that is when the Biden Crime Family went into full gear. Chung was responsible for overseeing Quid's office affairs, including handling his briefing books and scheduling his travel abroad ;including the 2013 trip where Hunter travelled with Quid to make deals in China.

She told Congressional investigators that she did not know the files she boxed up and moved to Chinatown and to the Penn Center were classified even though Stevie Wonder could've seen they were .

When she left the White House she went to work for Hunter . Found on his laptop was a message asking her to work for him ....come work with me … so that I can make everyone money.

Bottom line ;while it appears that Nauta innocently got caught up in the game ;Chung has been eyeball deep in the game for decades .

"Are you guys really going to arrest Trump? It is like arresting Tupac. He's just going to sell more records, Are You Stupid ?"

    ( Chris Rock )

But we know that he is the opponent that Clueless Joe wants to run against. Eugene Debs ran for President from a prison cell and only got 9% of the vote . Even Clueless can do better than that . Ironically Debs was sent to jail for violations of the Espionage Act. He was sentenced to 10 years for making a speech.

When Woodrow Wilson proposed this law to Congress he gave an inflammatory speech similar to the vitriol that Clueless Joe uses to describe Trump followers

There are citizens of the United States, I blush to admit, born under other flags but welcomed under our generous naturalization laws to the full freedom and opportunity of America, who have poured the poison of disloyalty into the very arteries of our national life; who have sought to bring the authority and good name of our government into contempt, to destroy our industries wherever they thought it effective for their vindictive purposes to strike at them, and to debase our politics to the uses of foreign intrigue. Their number is not great as compared with the whole number of those sturdy hosts by which our nation has been enriched in recent generations out of virile foreign stocks; but it is great enough to have brought deep disgrace upon us and to have made it necessary that we should promptly make use of processes of law by which we may be purged of their corrupt distempers. America never witnessed anything like this before. It never dreamed it possible that men sworn into its own citizenship, men drawn out of great free stocks such as supplied some of the best and strongest elements of that little, but how heroic, nation that in a high day of old staked its very life to free itself from every entanglement that had darkened the fortunes of the older nations and set up a new standard here—that men of such origins and such free choices of allegiance would ever turn in malign reaction against the government and people who have welcomed and nurtured them and seek to make this proud country once more a hotbed of European passion. A little while ago such a thing would have seemed incredible. Because it was incredible, we made no preparation for it. We would have been almost ashamed to prepare for it, as if we were suspicious of ourselves, our own comrades and neighbors! But the ugly and incredible thing has actually come about, and we are without adequate federal laws to deal with it. I urge you to enact such laws at the earliest possible moment and feel that, in doing so, I am urging you to do nothing less than save the honor and self-respect of the nation. Such creatures of passion, disloyalty, and anarchy must be crushed out. They are not many, but they are infinitely malignant, and the hand of our power should close over them at once. They have formed plots to destroy property, they have entered into conspiracies against the neutrality of the government, they have sought to pry into every confidential transaction of the government in order to serve interests alien to our own. It is possible to deal with these things very effectually. I need not suggest the terms in which they may be dealt with.
Third Annual Message | The American Presidency Project (ucsb.edu)

But who has committed treason ? Who Conspires with foreign nations and foreign actors ? Who profits from the taking of classified documents ?

Senator Grassley has read the unredacted claims by the whistleblower.

The 1023(FD-1023 ) produced to that House Committee redacted reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversations with them. Seventeen total recordings.
According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses fifteen audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden. According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then-Vice President Joe Biden. These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the foreign national in case he got into a tight spot. The 1023 also indicates that then-Vice President Joe Biden may have been involved in Burisma employing Hunter Biden.

So, as I’ve repeatedly asked since going public with the existence of the 1023, what, if anything, has the Justice Department and FBI done to investigate?
The Justice Department and FBI must show their work. They no longer deserve the benefit of the doubt. It’s clear that the Justice Department and FBI will use every resource to investigate candidate Trump, President Trump and former President Trump.
Based on the facts known to Congress and the public, it’s clear that the Justice Department and FBI will use every resource to investigate candidate Trump, President Trump and former President Trump. Based on the facts known to Congress and the public, it’s clear that the Justice Department and FBI haven’t nearly had the same laser focus on the Biden family.
Special Counsel Jack Smith has used a recording against former President Trump. Well, what’s U.S. Attorney Weiss doing with respect to these alleged Joe and Hunter Biden recordings that are apparently relevant to a high-stakes bribery scheme?
Grassley: FBI Redacted References to Recordings in Biden Allegation Shared with Congress (senate.gov)

The Biden Crime Familyuses a network of over 20 limited liability companies and complicated financial transactions to hide the sources of the money and evade detection. But the full extent of his corruption is now emerging .

He was sloppy at book keeping .Since 1992 Bubba hid classified docs in his sock draw. The emperor kept classified docs in an abandoned warehouse.

Those were the only 2 who were even authorized to retain some docs besides Trump

Evita as Sec State used a personal server to store and distribute classified docs completely out of the government control . When she was caught and was served to produce them ,she smashed the evidence with hammers and had the server electronically scrubbed clean . Docs from her server ended up in Congressman Anthony Weiner's cell phone. She was investigated by the FBI and Comey said her actions were illegal but he was not going to charge her . She and her staff were questioned off the record . So they were not subject to the perjury trap that Trump and his valet were subject to .

We know about Quid. He as Senator and VP kept classified docs in a number of places unsecured including in his garage . Hunter Biden had access to them and quoted at least one verbatim in his dealings for the Biden Crime Family.
VP Pence had classified docs in his possession .

I could go on but you get my point . There is a double standard of justice .

Bottom line . We have for the first time in American history where a President is having his chief political opponent arrested . Down south we call actions like that the act of a Banana Republic.

“Since the President is completely entrusted with the management and even the disposal of Presidential records during his time in office, it would be difficult for this Court to conclude that Congress intended that he would have less authority to do what he pleases with what he considers to be his personal records.”

“the PRA contains no provision obligating or even permitting the Archivist to assume control over records that the President ‘categorized’ and ‘filed separately’ as personal records. At the conclusion of the President’s term, the Archivist only ‘assumes responsibility for the Presidential records.’ . . . PRA does not confer any mandatory or even discretionary authority on the Archivist to classify records. Under the statute, this responsibility is left solely to the President.”

(Judicial Watch v. National Archives and Records Administration)

    Judicial Watch, Inc. v. Nat'l Archives & Records Admin., 845 F. Supp. 2d 288 | Casetext Search + Citator

Of course Trump is not being charged with violations of the PRA . He is being charged with espionage for the crime of keeping records that he thinks he is entitled to keep under the PRA .
