    A concept to consider for sure. Certainly the relatively young and healthy should think long and hard about it.

    depends on the vaccine . Some like polio menangitus small pox leads to eradication . Others like flu and covid may reduces cases . They certainly don't eliminate them . For this purpose it is a valid comparison to the claim that border walls are not 100% effective and therefore not tried .

    I've never had the flu so I don't take the flu vaccine. Nurses still sometimes look at me in amazement when I tell them that. I'm 70, and I see no point in taking that vaccine.
