Problem for Hochul. Apparently local state leaders of both parties have indicated they will not enforce her dictates . So yesterday she said that she would use state policing to enforce her various mandates .

She walked back her comments late yesterday saying that she will make the money available to local governments to do the enforcing .But she would send out the state Health Dept to "spot check" enforcement
