    I adopted Anamaria in 2000 she is from Romania I was sure (with help of Lawyer) she became a US Citizen. She has a Live Birth Certif I obtained for King County in Seattle in 2000. I never got a proof of citizenship and at the time did not know she needed one. She is trying at this time to get a enhanced drivers lic and they will not accept the Birth Certif. as proof is there some way to find out if she is a US Citizen and if not what should she do now. Need help ASAP

    If her birth certificate was issued in the US that should be all she needs. You may consider having her apply for a passport to help.
