    Yes, you can have sex while pregnant, for awhile anyway. I'm not sure how long, though, because I do not remember because I have not encountered the situation since our first was born. That was a long time ago.

    My wife and I had sex for at least a few months during the pregnancy of our first child. That was one of the questions, as to whether we could have sex. But, you do have to be careful.

    I am sure that others will come up with other answers and situations.

    Though sex during pregnancy really depends on you and your partner, it would not be recommended during your 3rd trimester - you may also check sites which may give you tips on suitable and advisable positions for you and your partner during sex

    It depends on if there is any complications that are expected?

    My wife and I, did not have any during her whole pregnancy. Just because it was not safe.

    If you do not have any medical conditions and your doctor gives you the okay, then there should not be any problem.

    It is best to talk with a doctor because each situation is different.

    Enjoy your pregnancy. (;

    I had my first born on July 2nd 2006. I was wondering the same question when I first became pregnant. First I did a lot of reading online about sex and pregnancy. Secondly I asked my doctor. I was somewhat high risk. I had high BP, I had non stress test often during my last 2 months. I had sex up until the end. Sometimes it was not comfortable, so then we would not continue. Its all about you and your body.

    Considering that your pregnancy is healthy and that you are not high risk, sex is okay to have for the entire pregnancy. Granted, the bigger you get the more uncomfortable sex may become, but you can always try new things.

    So, if your doctor gives you the go ahead, there is no problem at all for your entire pregnancy.

    Its funny how sex is what got you pregnant, but the moment you get pregnant, it suddenly becomes a concern of whether you should do it or not. Generally, there is absolutely no problem with it. If your doctor considers your pregnancy at risk, they will tell you no sex. Other then that, whether you have sex or not, will depend entirely on your sex drive, your energy, if you are feeling sick all the time, if you are uncomfortable with it, etc. All about personal comfort levels, etc. don't be surprised if it changes too. During the first tri, you might not feel like it at all because you are so sick. The second tri is usually when you feel the best and you might find your sex drive is higher. The third tri you tend to get big enough that it is difficult and you are so tired that yo might not have it often. HOWEVER, these are just the general estimates, and not every woman has it the same. I had a high drive all the way till this last tri, and its still high, but now I am so big and awkward, I can't do it anyway, hah, so I just have to suffer. Mainly just follow your doctors suggestions. If he says you are fine, then go right ahead and have sex, the baby is well protected, (and although some people fear this, the baby can't see what you are doing, so don't worry about that;0) Just follow the cues of your own body. Good luck and congrats on the pregnancy

    I had sex up unti lthe the day I delivered. Lol. That is what actually put me in labor. I would agree with everyone else to check with your doctor to see if you are at risk. If not have fun...
    Also when you are ready to have that baby out... sex can but you in labor.. it is just on how you feel.

    I had sex all through my pregnancy. It was a little uncomfortable when my belly got really big but you can do different positions. They say that if you feel like sex in pregnancy you are having a girl and if you don't want sex it's a boy. I wanted sex a lot and I had a baby girl and my step sister didn't ever feel like sex a she had a boy, don't know if this is just a co-incidence.

    Total coincidence, at least as far as my case goes. I had a majorly strong sex drive with both of my pregnancies, and they are both boys ;0)
