    New State Tax Implications
Wife and I live in TN now. We are considering a house in KY, although she would continue to work in TN after the move to KY.

Her TN income is roughly $50,000 gross.
TN rental income from single family rentals is about $50,000 that I manage.
TN rental with depreciation roughly nets $33,000.

What would the tax implications be in the state of KY for us?

We really like a house there, but the tax implications...?

    Thanks for any help.
