    I need to remove a 5 light harbor breeze fan. I am need of help after taking down the light fixture. I can figure out how to take fan blades off.

    I need to remove a 5 light harbor breeze fan. I took off the light fixture but I can't figure out how to remove fan blades.

    What model? There are a lot of Harbor Breeze fans.

    Light fixture needs to be removed first on most fans, as you have done. Common ways they are attached is 2 visible screws. A slot looking up from where the light kit was, Have to rotate fan blades to expose next screw, till all are removed. Some have a wire tool that is used to pull on a spring loaded fastener. Think I may be missing at least one other method? Good Luck
