    Should I go to the er?
    I have a history of untreated brain anuerysms, I started getting dizzy 4 days ago, it has gotten worse, and I have been really almost confused and dull minded if that makes sense, I have pain in my upper right side and am really shaky and sick to my stomach and I have what feels like fluttering in my chest

    Should I just wait it out?
    I have been having severe dizziness with pain in upper right side I don't have my gallbladder anymore, shakiness and just out of it, I can't think straight, and some fluttering in my chest with weakness. Should I just wait it out?

    Yes, it's time to go to the ER. Brain aneurysms are nothing to play around with, especially with all these symptoms.

    Untreated brain aneurysms? Untreated? How do you know it was an aneurysm?
