    Stucco wallpaper? Something is peeling off from the wall.
    Hi. Right above the window, a seam of what it looks like a wallpaer but plaster/stucco is peeling off. I've never seen this before. Do I need to peel off the entire wall section, sand, and apply plaster? Thank you!

    Could be paper that has been coated. Post a picture.
