    Can I renew Ohio state id if I have a felony warrant and not be arrressted
    I have a felony warrant in columbus Ohio and I've lost my state id. Can I go to the dmv and get a new sate id without being arrested in columus Ohio?

    Depends on what the felony was and how badly they want you.
