    Take another one with urine upon getting up in the morning.

    Take another test and use the first urination of the morning. It is more concentrated and will give you a better reading.

    Also make sure to read the test when the instructions tell you too. If you let the test sit too long the chemicals from the control area will leak into the test area giving you a false positive.
